Evenings belong to the game room, the pool deck, or a quiet movie night with everyone finally under one roof.

Sleeping arrangements
Five imaginatively themed bedrooms give every guest their own world to retreat to. Star Wars, Batman, Mickey Mouse, Harry Potter, and Disney Tangled-inspired rooms each come furnished with a Smart TV, fresh cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage. Seven beds across five bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests, with five full bathrooms ensuring no morning bottlenecks.

Living spaces
The main living area brings everyone together with generous seating, a soft rug underfoot, and plenty of room to sprawl out after a day at the parks. Step through to the game room for a different kind of energy - two basketball hoops, foosball, arcade games, an Xbox Series X, and board games keep the fun going long after dark. Books and reading material round things out for quieter evenings.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is built around a central island that naturally becomes the gathering point. You'll find an electric stove, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and cooking basics already in place. Barbecue utensils are available if you want to fire up the BBQ grill on the patio. Meals can be taken at the indoor dining table or moved outside to the outdoor dining area - whichever suits the mood.

A grill rental is available at $30, which includes utensils and a ready propane tank.

Bathrooms
Five well-appointed bathrooms keep a household of 12 moving comfortably. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water, with a bathtub, hair dryer, and cleaning products also provided.

Family-friendly amenities
Families traveling with little ones will find the essentials already taken care of. A crib, pack 'n play, folding high chair with padding, straps, and food tray, baby bath, children's dinnerware, and safety gates are all on hand. An indoor children's playroom stocked with toys and books, plus an outdoor playground, give younger guests their own spaces to explore. Babysitter recommendations are available if parents need an evening out.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool is open year-round, available 24 hours a day, and can be heated for an additional fee. A private hot tub sits alongside for cooler evenings. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture fill out the patio, and a shared backyard area with grass nearby adds open space for the group. Note that the backyard is not fully fenced.

Resort access
As guests of ChampionsGate, you have free access to resort amenities including a lazy river, multiple pools, water slides, and volleyball courts. The Oasis Club extends the offering with a restaurant, movie theater, arcade, fitness center, kids' activity center, and a pool deck with cabanas - a full day's entertainment without leaving the community. A shared gym is also available nearby.

Connectivity & essentials
Fast WiFi at 643 Mbps - verified by speed test - supports 4K streaming and video calls across multiple devices. A dedicated workspace in a common area works well for anyone needing to stay productive. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable whatever the weather. A washer and dryer are in-unit, and the home includes a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock.
